GROUP BOXING CLASSES

​​BB&Fit offers daily (beginner friendly) boxing classes for all ages and skill levels! Whether if it's your first day or if you're a seasoned veteran, there's no better place to:

- Sharpen up your fundamentals
- Practice and drill new techniques 
- Train and condition both the body and mind

We offer regular boxing and conditioning classes, along with sparring workshops and intermediate level boxing classes for those with prior experience.
