The Benjamin's Boxing Foundation
The Benjamin’s Boxing Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit using boxing, fitness, and mentorship to help at-risk youth, underserved communities, and individuals impacted by the justice system. Our programs build discipline, confidence, and leadership—while bridging social and economic divides.
We partner with local businesses, community groups, and non-profits to deliver no-cost and state-funded youth boxing programs across the Bay Area. These programs give young people skills for life, guidance, and a healthy path forward.
What We Provide
✅ Free or subsidized training
✅ Gear and uniforms
✅ Travel support for competitions
✅ Mentorship and leadership development
Every year, we serve over 100 youth—20 of them competitive athletes—who represent us in local and national events, including the Silver/Golden Gloves, Junior Olympics, and more. Many carry the lessons learned here far beyond the ring.
College Credit Internships
We offer hands-on internships in social media, gym management, maintenance, and youth outreach—helping students earn college credit while gaining real-world experience. Past interns have gone on to schools such as Purdue, USC, and Stanford, with skills that make them stand out in any field.
Our Roots
Founded by Ali Benjamin, son of respected boxer Roy Benjamin, our mission is rooted in resilience, hard work, and giving back.
How You Can Help
Your support makes it possible to:
🥊 Expand access to training
🥊 Remove financial barriers to competition
🥊 Provide mentorship and guidance
🥊 Support community food distribution
Join us in creating stronger futures.
