Boxing is one of the hardest sports in the world. In order to succeed you need a team around you to be the best version of yourself. 

Here at Benjamin's Boxing we build fighters from the ground up. We work with all fighters, from an enthusiastic fighter's first day at the gym pursuing the dream, to seasoned professionals looking to further develop themselves and fine-tune their skillset. 

We understand that there are circumstances, challenges, and situations typically experienced in pursuing this path so we will be offering special rates to those committed to the lifestyle.

On a weekly basis we offer:
Sparring (in-house and outside)
Conditioning/Roadwork/Technique classes
Film Studies
Open Gym
