I have been boxing my whole life both as a fighter when I was younger and a coach starting in my late twenties! I am a certified USA Boxing Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have a passion for helping people first boxing and fitness a close second. I strive to be a pillar in the community and a role model for my athletes, trainers and clients of how to treat people and how to live a healthy lifestyle. I’m a true believer in a growth mindset, which got me through my own journey of losing 50lbs myself. I lost that weight and kept it off by weight training for over 4 years and eating well balanced healthy meals. It’s all about making those better lifestyle changes and not quick short term fixes.
